Why a Blog?

Why do a blog? 1) After working my whole life way more than 40-hours-a-week, we all know I am going to need a hobby in retirement to keep me sane. 2) Friends have asked that we chronicle our ExPat adventure for their amusement. 3) I plan to take a lot of photos and want a place to put them. 4) I hate posting to Facebook. 5) Wayne can contribute his own observations. 6) It will force me to learn WordPress which I have resisted. 7) Maybe some other folks out there that are considering becoming ExPats can learn from our steps and mis-steps.
Even if no one ever reads these musings or views the photos, we will have a record of our adventure.
