For this adventure, we flew to Zurich then took the famous Bernina Express train through the Alps to Tirano, Italy. It was stunning. Photos do not do it justice, but I tried. From there, we took a local train to Lake Como and spent a few days seeing the lake from our base in the city of Como. Then we took another train to Bergamo for a couple nights before flying home. We really appreciate having all of Europe at our doorstep.
