The highlight of June each year in Porto is the São João festival. Even though we have been nearly every year, we never tire of the wholesome fun. This year we had ideal weather and especially enjoyed sharing it with visiting family. We also took some days to be tour guides around Matosinhos and Porto, as well as a short road trip to see a bit of Portugal. This included our first time visiting the island of Berlenga. It is always fun to share our beloved Portugal with others and there is always something new to see or do.
